TVI, Inc. d/b/a GreenDrop and/or 2nd Ave. is a for-profit professional solicitor paid for its services of accepting donations of secondhand clothing and household goods on behalf of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Service Foundation (MOPH), whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of Purple Heart recipients and other honorably discharged veterans and their families, providing them with direct service and fostering an environment of comradery and goodwill among combat wounded veterans. We pay MOPH for your donations, helping them fund programs in our community, while diverting millions of pounds of reusable items from landfills and onto the racks and shelves at 2nd Ave. stores. Shopping at 2nd Ave. does not support any nonprofit but donating your reusable goods through GreenDrop does.
The official registration and financial information of MOPH may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
