Savers/Unique Thrift/Valu Thrift, a for-profit company, is a professional fundraiser in the State of Minnesota, soliciting contributions of gently used clothing, household items and furniture on behalf of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities, a charitable organization located in St Paul, Minnesota, whose mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported, 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Your contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. For items you donate, Savers/Unique Thrift/Valu Thrift pays Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities 3.5 cents per pound of clothing and other soft goods, 1.6 cents per pound of miscellaneous household goods, and 2.0 cents per item of furniture or other large items. Savers, a for-profit corporation, is a professional fundraiser in the State of Minnesota, soliciting contributions of gently used clothing, household items and furniture on behalf of Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota, a charitable organization located in St Paul, Minnesota, whose mission is to better the lives of Minnesota’s disabled veterans and their families. Your contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. For items you donate at our Community Donation Center, Savers pays Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota 9.3 cents per pound of clothing and other soft goods, 5.2 cents per pound of miscellaneous household goods, and 5.2 cents per item of furniture or other large items. For items delivered by the charity to us, Savers pays Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota 34.5 cents per pound of clothing and other soft goods, 32.1 cents per pound of miscellaneous household goods, and 32.1 cents per item of furniture or other large items. Savers also reimburses to Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota all expenses that the charity has incurred in obtaining donated goods. Your contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. For items you donate at our Community Donation Center, Savers pays the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota 9.3 cents per pound of clothing and other soft goods, 5.2 cents per pound of miscellaneous household goods, and 5.2 cents per item of furniture or other large items. For items delivered to us by the charity, Savers pays the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota 41.9 cents per pound of clothing and other soft goods, 28 cents per pound of miscellaneous household goods, and 28 cents per item of furniture or other large items.
